Roadmap for Runetome


I have a plan people, and here is that plan.

I'm planning for 8 - 10 months of development until this game is released. This will probably change depending on how many hours I can dedicate every day to working on the project. But for now, below is the roadmap I'll be following to keep myself on track.

Side Note: I will upload a windows version of the game in the next few days for people who wish to purchase the game early. This version will be at lower cost than the final version, consider it an early access discount. I will also upload a Demo version as well, that will have most of the content until the Beta.

Road Map

Months 1 - 3:

  • Music & sound effect implementation
  • Magic Spell Design and Implementation
  • Write and Refine code
  • Implement more enemies
  • UI design
  • Fix Game breaking bugs

Months 4 - 6: 

  • Continue unfinished Mile 1 tasks
  • Implement VFX for spells
  • Write Lore

Months 7 - 10:

  • Get rid of as many moths in the switches as possible
  • Continue Unfinished tasks
  • Full Release.
