Visually different update 0.0.0.2

Hi all, I have a small but visually significant update. It's only a fraction of what I've worked on over the past few months, but the rest isn't ready to be added yet.

• New map
  • Graveyard area
  • campsite
• New spell - Ice spikes
  • Has red casting, you can cast while waiting for it to recover but you lose health.
• New start screen
