Protype Battlemagic


    This day. Is the day. I launch the prototype for my game Runetome: Battle Practice. I'm pretty excited. I've been a learning how to develop games for 5 years. I've spent many hours working on tutorials, applying them to mini-projects, starting new projects, then working through more tutorials. It's time to grow some roots. 

    I've been working on a spell system in my head for well over 10 years. It started with some homebrew D&D magic, but then I started to learn about game design.  I had found a better medium to deliver the sense of accomplishment and wonder that I wanted from a magic system. This game won't be that magic system, but it will have elements of it and set the stage for my next game which will have a closer version to what I envision what magic could be.

This game will be a fantasy, survival, where you discover magic spells to defend yourself.
